The Science

Don't take our word for it. Take theirs.

We don't have customer reviews yet — we're new and we didn't fake any. What we do have is the research and the GB-authorised health claims that informed every ingredient choice. Read them yourself. Independent sources, no affiliation: we cite them not because they endorse us, but because they don't need to.

Creatine monohydrate — 5,000mg

The most-studied sports nutrition ingredient there is. Creatine contributes to physical performance during short-term, high-intensity exercise, and with resistance training contributes to improved muscle strength in adults over 55. Research also supports its role in maintaining muscle mass and strength when paired with resistance training, including in women across midlife.

Essential amino acids incl. leucine — 5,000mg

Maintaining higher protein intake during weight loss helps preserve lean mass. The nine essential amino acids cannot be synthesised by the body — if you don't eat them, you don't have them. Leucine is the amino acid that triggers protein use.

Electrolytes — ~300mg sodium + ~200mg potassium

Sodium and potassium support fluid balance — easily run down on smaller meals and during exercise.

Zinc — 10mg (100% NRV), Vitamin C — 80mg (100% NRV), B6 + B12 (100% NRV)

Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal hair, skin and nails and normal immune function. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, gums and bones. B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity; B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. All GB-authorised claims.

The honest limits

DON'T LOSE YOU is a food supplement, not a medicine. It does not cause weight loss, does not replace food, and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. The claims above are authorised claims about individual nutrients — not promises about outcomes. The single best thing you can pair this with is resistance training and real meals. That's not a secret; it's the plan.

All health claims based on the GB Nutrition & Health Claims Register. If you are taking medication, pregnant, breastfeeding or have a medical condition, speak to a healthcare professional before use.
