What is DON'T LOSE YOU?
A once-daily powdered food supplement for adults who want a simpler creatine routine in one light drink. Each serving provides 5g creatine monohydrate, 5g essential amino acids including leucine, 150mg magnesium from citrate/malate, approximately 300mg sodium and 200mg potassium, 25µg vitamin D3, vitamin B6 and B12 at NRV, 80mg vitamin C and 10mg zinc bisglycinate.
Who is it for?
Adults who want creatine, essential amino acids, electrolytes and key vitamins in one measured daily scoop instead of separate tubs. It may particularly suit people building a simpler routine after 40 or when meals are smaller. It is not a meal replacement or weight-loss product.
How much does it cost?
£34.95 per month on subscription for 30 daily servings, with free UK delivery. That saves £8 compared with the £42.95 one-time pouch. You can pause, skip or cancel any time, with no minimum commitment or cancellation fee.
Why order during the founding launch?

How does the 30-day refund work?
If it is not for you, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund to your original payment method. You do not need to return the pouch. See the refund policy.
How do I take it?
Mix one scoop (approximately 10g) with cold water once a day. Adjust the amount of water to suit your taste. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
What is it like to drink?
Lightly flavoured in cold water. It is not creamy or thick like a protein shake. Add more water for a lighter taste.
Why not just buy creatine?

Can I take it with medication?
