Our 30-day money-back guarantee

Try DON'T LOSE YOU daily for up to 30 days. If you're not happy for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order — we'll refund the full amount you paid to your original payment method within one working day.

You do not need to return the pouch. Keep it. No phone calls. No retention scripts. No "are you sure?" loops. Email us and say "please refund" — that's the whole process.

How to request a refund

  1. Use our contact form within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number (from your order confirmation email) and write "please refund".
  3. We'll process your refund to the original payment method within one working day.
  4. Refunds typically appear in your account within 3–5 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

What's refunded

We refund the full amount you paid, including original shipping (if any). You do not need to return the product.

Subscription orders

If you cancel a subscription after a recurring shipment has dispatched, the 30-day guarantee still applies to that shipment. You can also pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time from your customer account — no phone call required.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost.

Your legal rights

This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
