These terms govern your use of https://www.dontloseyou.co.uk and your purchase of DON'T LOSE YOU products. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

Stourvale Consultancy Limited (Company No. 10768372, "we", "us", "our"), a private limited company registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 29 Solent Road, Bournemouth, BH6 4BP, England. Trading as DON'T LOSE YOU.

Our products

DON'T LOSE YOU is a food supplement. It is not a medicine, not a weight-loss product, and not a meal replacement. Always read the label. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, consult your doctor or pharmacist before use.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we email you an order confirmation. If a product is unavailable or there's an error in pricing or description, we may decline the order and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout (Shop Pay, card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Subscription prices are charged automatically on each renewal until you cancel.

Subscriptions

If you subscribe, you authorise us to charge your payment method on the renewal date for each delivery, at the price shown at subscription start. You can pause, skip, change frequency or cancel at any time via your customer account, with no minimum commitment. Price changes (if any) will be communicated at least 14 days before the next billing date.

Cancellation and refunds

You have the right to cancel any order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason. In addition, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy for details.

Health claims and intended use

DON'T LOSE YOU contains nutrients with health claims authorised under the UK Nutrition and Health Claims Register. Our marketing references these authorised claims (e.g. magnesium contributes to normal muscle function; vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones). We make no medicinal claims. DON'T LOSE YOU does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images, graphics, design) is owned by Stourvale Consultancy Limited or used under licence. You may not copy, distribute or use our content commercially without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Subject to that, our total liability for any loss arising from your use of our products or website is limited to the price paid for the relevant order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
