Subscription Policy

This policy applies to DON'T LOSE YOU subscription orders. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

How DON'T LOSE YOU subscriptions work

  • First order: £29.95 (with a £5 saving versus one-time price)
  • Recurring orders: £34.95 per month, charged automatically on each renewal
  • Free UK delivery on every subscription order
  • 30 servings per pouch (one daily scoop)
  • Ships every 30 days from your first order date

You're always in control

From your customer account, you can at any time:

  • Pause your subscription for any period
  • Skip the next delivery
  • Change the delivery frequency (e.g. every 45 or 60 days)
  • Cancel your subscription, with no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee
  • Update payment or delivery address

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your customer account, before the next billing date. If you cancel after a renewal has been processed, your final paid shipment will still be sent — and the 30-day money-back guarantee still applies to that shipment.

Billing notifications

You'll receive a renewal reminder email 3 days before each billing date, giving you time to skip or amend if needed.

Failed payments

If a payment fails (expired card, insufficient funds), we'll retry once after 3 days and notify you by email. If the payment still fails, the subscription is paused until you update your payment method.

Price changes

We'll notify you by email at least 14 days before any subscription price change. You can cancel at any time before the new price applies.
