Shipping Policy

Where we ship

DON'T LOSE YOU ships to all UK addresses (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland). EU and international shipping is currently not available.

Shipping rates

• Subscription orders: Free UK delivery, every time.
• One-time orders: £2.99 UK delivery.

Dispatch times

Orders placed before 2pm UK time on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or at weekends are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery times

UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Typical delivery is 2–3 working days from dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Subscription delivery schedule

Subscription orders ship every 30 days from the date of your first order. You can pause, skip, or change the next delivery date at any time from your customer account.

Missing or delayed orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us with your order number and we'll investigate immediately.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it's been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery (additional postage may apply).
